The DLT VS160 is a half-height drive based on the industry standard DLTtape technology. Customers who have outgrown previous generation DLT drives will get increased capacity and performance and backward-read compatibility with the DLT VS80 formatted media. The DLT VS160 media can be read by the SDLT 600 providing a long-term upgrade solution when customers outgrow the DLT VS160.
